Our services · Two ways to work with us

Two doors. One Kentucky law firm.Same lawyer behind each.

Johnson Legal PLLC offers two doors into the same firm. Bluegrass Cornerstone is our document-services storefront for high-volume Kentucky legal documents at fixed flat fees. JL Direct is the same firm for matters that need attorney-led custom drafting. Same Kentucky lawyer. Same Rules of Professional Conduct.

Door one · Bluegrass Cornerstone

Bluegrass Cornerstone — fixed flat fees, Kentucky documents.

Bluegrass Cornerstone is the document-services storefront operated under the Johnson Legal PLLC firm — registered as an assumed name (DBA) with the Kentucky Secretary of State under KRS 365.015. The catalog covers the high-volume Kentucky legal documents most clients need: wills, durable powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney, advance directives, transfer-on-death deeds, revocable living trusts, HIPAA authorizations, and ancillary documents. Every catalog item has a published flat fee and a defined scope.

Same Kentucky lawyer reviews every Cornerstone document substantively before delivery — Elton Johnson, KY Bar # 101547. Same Rules of Professional Conduct apply (SCR 3.130). AI assists with drafting under KBA Ethics Opinion E-457 (March 15, 2024); the lawyer signs off on every output.

Same firm, same rules

Two doors. One Kentucky law firm.

Cornerstone and JL Direct are the same Kentucky law firm — Johnson Legal PLLC — under one attorney's license. The catalog handles documents that lend themselves to fixed-scope flat fees. JL Direct handles matters that need custom attorney-led work. The ethical framework is identical across both surfaces: SCR 3.130 Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct, KBA Ethics Opinion E-457 (March 15, 2024) on AI use, and substantive attorney review on every document before it leaves the firm. You can decline AI use on your matter at any time; that does not change the published flat fee.
